Hello Sponsors, I hope everything has been going well with you. IT has been a busy time but it is fun though. I especially enjoy worshipping with the youth groups multiple times a week. It is a joy and a privilege to lead worship and to listen to youth singing to God. Here is one of the songs that we sing:
Here are the lyrics translated:
Verse
The only reason for my worship is You Jesus
The only motive to live is You my Lord
My only Truth is in You You are my light and my salvation
My only love is You Lord and forever I will praise You
Chorus
You're Almighty, You are great and majestic
You are strong and invincible
And there is no one like you
We repeat it a couple times. The lyrics are very powerful in saying that the only reason to worship and to live is Jesus. A reason that we forget a lot of times with the busyness of life. The youth also enjoy Oceanos (Oceans in Spanish), Great Are You Lord (In English), and many other songs. We usually read one or two verses before we start singing and a couple in between songs to help us to focus on Jesus and help us to get into the Spirit. We typically sing about six songs before we get into the Bible study.
Some of the youth in the satellite youth groups are still learning how to worship. They are getting over singing in front of their peers and are slowly learning how to enter into the Spirit.
Thank you all for your prayers and support! God bless you all!
