Hello Sponsors, I hope this finds you well. Quite a bit has been going on, let me start with Medical Team #4 first.
This was a team of sixteen people. It included four doctors, eight nurses, one pharmacist, one person who helped out with the cooking and cleaning, and two others who helped out with whatever was needed.
We had seven translators, including Michael, Glenda, Aracely, and I. Michael worked with Dr. Bob, Glenda worked with the Pharmacy, Aracely and I worked with triage, and the other three translators worked with the other three doctors. We also had a nurse that knew some Spanish and worked with Aracely and I on triage as well.
We visited three different schools in three different communities. At each school we spent one and a half days. In the afternoon on the second day we would tear down and set up at the next school.
All together, over 1200 people were seen by the four doctors.

The medical team also went to Comayagua where the boys youth group has their house churches.
The most important thing out of all of the time the medical brigade spent here wasn't the medicines given out or the sick people seen, but was the three people that gave their lives to Christ. They were the ones that received a medicine that only God can give and that is the salvation.
As for me, things have been going well. I'm still waiting on my residency papers to be approved. The Honduran government has everything they need. They just have to stamp and approve it all.
If it isn't finished before I leave this year then Lord willing it will be done when I get back in January.
Time has flown this year and it's almost time for me to go back to the States. I will be flying to the States on November 15th. When I get there I'll be speaking at different churches about Border Buddies. I'll be home until the end of January when I will fly back to Honduras.
It definitely has been an awesome year. I've learned a lot, from being a driver for the teams to translating for triage during the medical brigade. God has also taught me a lot through Michael and Glenda this year about how we all matter in the eyes of God and how we need to break the generational cycles of sin. I can't wait to share my experiences with you all in person.
