Dear Sponsors, we hosted mission team #42 last month. The team was from Elmira College and consisted of nine young ladies and one young man. They arrived on April 13th and flew out on April 23rd for a total of ten days with us.
This team sanded the walls inside and outside of the classrooms that we are working on. They also sanded the drywall.
When they were finished sanding, they started painting the walls. They primed the walls first and then started putting the color on.
Not only did they work hard but God worked among them. One of the nights after devotion time, half of the team accepted Christ as their Savior with Michael. Still another night, after devotion there was a time of healing where everyone poured their souls out about what was happening in their lives. God was also working in other ways. Michael and Glenda went to visit the aunt of Aracely (Aracely works for Border Buddies) who was in her house and wasn't doing well healthwise. A bunch of churches and brothers in the faith had gone and tried to evangelize her but she didn't want to accept Jesus. Michael and Glenda went and God used them to bring her to Christ that day. Not only that, but from that day forward her health began to get better.
Of the five team members that accepted Christ, two of the them wanted to be baptized. On Saturday morning, the day before they flew home, we went to the river and Michael baptized them in the water there.

We will be receiving another team this month. Please keep us in your prayers.
Please pray for my residency as it has been almost a year and it still hasn't gone through yet. Also please pray that Michael will be able to get his heavy vehicle license so he can drive the new van.
